Most farms sell you a hayride. We put on eight live magic shows a weekend, and you don’t pay a penny extra for any of them.
Bruce Amato’s World of Magic & Fun runs four times every Saturday and four times every Sunday, from September 26 through October 31. He’s an award-winning children’s entertainer and magician, and he’s been a fan favorite at Shuckle’s for nine seasons running.
There’s no extra ticket, no wristband and no reserved seating. Turn up at the tent a few minutes before a show starts and find a spot. If you miss one, there’s another along in a couple of hours.
We’re at Fiddle Dee Farms in Greenbrier, in Robertson County, straight up I-65 and about 30 minutes north of downtown Nashville. That’s roughly 20 minutes from Hendersonville, Goodlettsville, Madison and White House, 15 from Springfield, and inside an hour from Gallatin and Clarksville. The show sits alongside the 8-acre corn maze, the pumpkin patch and more than 30 other attractions.

Showtimes are posted at the gate and at the show tent when you arrive, and they can shift slightly with the weather and the crowd. Check the board on your way in, or ask any member of staff.
Seating is first come, first served, and the front rows go to whoever gets there first. If you miss one show, there’s another along in a couple of hours.
All four shows are included with general admission. No extra ticket required.
Bruce Amato is an award-winning children’s entertainer and magician, and his World of Magic & Fun show has been part of Shuckle’s for nine seasons. He’s the reason a lot of families plan their visit around a showtime rather than just wandering in.
The act is built for children but written so the adults aren’t bored. Expect close-up magic, plenty of volunteers pulled up from the crowd, and a good deal of comedy aimed squarely at the parents standing at the back.
He also writes for young audiences, and copies of his book of tricks turn up at the show. If your child leaves wanting to learn one, that’s rather the point.
